Modern clean and handy to the central city
In one word "Awesome". Staff were great, very friendly, very helpful which made the experience very enjoyable. Hotel in a great location. Lovely room with views overlooking the city and harbour (could sit there looking out of the window all day and night) Just a short walk to Te Papa and other amenities which was really good. Food & service in the restaurant was brilliant.
Suitable for a short stay - handy to the city, but with a great view.
My booking report came out with wording to the effect that I do not smoke - this is not the case and I did not indicate this. If the hotel does not cater for smokers they should say so in the blurb - I will stay somewhere else. A little overpriced, but I did book at short notice. The price of breakfast in New Zealand is silly - $20 for cornflakes and toast. A full breakfast in Koh Samui is $8. They obviously want people to eat out. But if we ate breakfast there we would spend more money at the hotel.
Ease of access to city, friendly service, not hard to find your way around the site
Water temperature kept fluctuating in the shower - room 1025
A good hotel in a good position close to the waterfront and a very good restaurant area.
Overpriced for the amenities provided. No help offered with our baggage and reception staff generally not very helpful. Also with the rate we paid they still wanted extra for parking.
The view, the room and the wonderful restaurant.
Location to town and museum.Pool
Boring pool deco needs plants ,no outdoor chairs for the deck, decor a bit dark for small rooms
Great views and comfortable rooms.
Reception staff average, concierge staff great and night manager great. Not keen on the fire alarm and evacution on the Monday night.
The view over the harbour and lights by night The restaurant meal was very good! The room layout was great as we had a twin share and there were 2 seperate sleeping areas
Good staff and accomodating; great location fro access to Wellignton night life.
Thanks for the opportunity to comment on our hotel stay. We had one night and unfortunately we had a 2nd floor room. It was very noisy due to the traffic but the location is perfect. Hence the reason why I said that the confort was poor - our sleep was not the best due to the noise. I would have thought that the sound proofing of the windows would have been better. Unfortunately I would not stay at this hotel again as the location for my wife and I is too noisy.
Great location, great room layout - we had a twin with two double beds in separate areas.
Shower a little bit grimy in the edging.
Location Good rooms View Restaurant
position easy access to airport and city
we loved our stay at hotel. we had a wonderful experience with a great view from our room. the only thing I would say that was a little pain was the parking Regards
Close to everything in Wellington. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely room overlooking all of Wellington.
No free car parking which we felt for the price was ludicrous.
